Direct message the job poster from KPP SearchOur client, a major ASX-listed group, seeks an experienced Risk & Insurance Specialist to support the operation and further development of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and insurance function. This permanent, fulltime position is based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working and offers practical exposure to enterprise-level risk frameworks, insurance program management and datadriven risk reporting in a complex operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation of the organisation''s ERM roadmap and daytoday operation of the enterprise risk and opportunity management methodology.Assist with scheduled and adhoc risk assessments, including review, analysis and the facilitation of risk workshops for biannual material risk profile refreshes.Prepare timely, succinct and accurate risk management reports for business units, committees and Board audiences.Manage, maintain and help improve the enterprise risk management software, including user support and testing.Support the development and embedding of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and integrate these into risk systems and dashboards.Support the annual insurance program renewal, collate underwriting information and liaise with internal stakeholders and brokers.Assist with claims management, working with sites and brokers to progress matters to resolution.Deliver other risk and insurance tasks as directed by the Manager, Risk & Insurance, contributing to continuous improvement of risk practices.Key RequirementsExtensive experience in a similar role (endtoend risk management or internal audit), with demonstrable experience facilitating risk workshops.Strong knowledge of risk management standards (eg. ISO 31000) and contemporary risk methodologies.Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel for data analytics), with proven ability to prepare concise executive reporting.Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and sites.Comfortable learning and administrating corporate systems and risk management tools.Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management.Desirable: experience with SAP, data automation and dashboarding (Power BI, Alteryx), Mandarin (Simplified Chinese), and relevant professional designations (CPRA/CPRM, GIA, CA/CPA).
