The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package and a dynamic, supportive workplace culture.About the RoleAs a key member of our Motor Claims team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end heavy motor claims across our extensive broker network throughout Australia. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of three days in the office and two days working from home.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end heavy motor claimsApply strong communication skills, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and negotiation expertiseDeliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyTake ownership of the customer experience, build rapport, and resolve disputes effectivelyWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum of 2 years'' experience in Motor Insurance, ideally including heavy motor claimsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiativeAbility to work autonomously and drive resultsStrong time management and organisational skillsConfidence in negotiating, influencing, and maintaining broker relationshipsAbout 360 Underwriting SolutionsFounded in 2017 by Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist agency committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions to brokers and their clients.
