You will manage the claims process and stakeholder engagement from assessment to determination reviewing policies to determine type, validity, risk commencement date, quantum of insured benefit and claim payability. You will develop an appropriate strategy for each claim and identify and instruct external medical, legal, vocational and forensic vendors to act on Zurichs behalf. Additionally, you will apply a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and implementing system, process and procedural improvements within the team and uplifting the capabilities of our claims administrators.Important to your success lets grow together.Experience with end-to-end assessment of retail income protection claims backgrounds in workcompensation or injury management also relevant.Strong understanding of medical terminology or allied health/medical coursework.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to continuous improvement.Belong.
