Contribute one-on-one to this Partners unique practice involving complex disputes and product liability. This role is for a Lawyer/Associate with 2-4 years PAE.All Australian jurisdictionsMulti-million $ business interruptionDual insuranceSkills & ExperienceYou will be an Insurance Lawyer with Defendant experience at the Lawyer or Associate level.Your New RoleYou will work closely with a Partner who has an array of interesting insurance work including product failure, IT disputes, policy construction and legislation, indemnity disputes, general negligence, property damage, professional indemnity (financial lines), contract claims, builders warranty, and construction liability (contract works, defects, construction contract disputes).Deal with issues such as non-disclosure, misrepresentation, acting in good faith, and dual insurance.This position offers a high salary for your level, mentorship directly from a Partner, and focuses solely on Defendant work for insurers.Please contact in strictest confidence Belinda Fisher by emailing your CV to belinda@bplr.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
