In this role, you''ll provide generalist HR support to our practices and employees, working closely with HR Business Partners to drive positive people outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their HR expertise fast-growth company.Key Responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and offboarding. Assist with case management, including low-level employee relations matters, grievances, and performance improvement processes. Coordinate and support HR projects, including engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programs. In partnership with HRBP''s, ensure compliance with workplace laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making. Ownership of our Human Resource Information System, ensuring timely updates and clean data.About You 34 years of HR experience in a generalist or advisory role. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in healthcare, professional services, tech, or multi-site environments is a plus.What We Offer A supportive and collaborative HR team.
