The organisation is navigating ongoing transformation and is investing in strengthening its HR capability to ensure consistent, fair and contemporary people practices across all levels of the organisation.About the Role:This is a senior operational HR advisory opportunity for someone experienced in managing complex employment matters and supporting leaders with sound judgement. Working closely with the HR Advisory Lead, you will be a key escalation point for sensitive and high risk issues, ensuring timely outcomes and a strong standard of governance. Key responsibilities include:Managing complex investigations, performance matters, grievances and conduct issues from end to end.Coaching and advising managers on policy application, employee relations issues and employment legislation.Drafting documentation including investigation plans, outcome letters, recommendations and case notes.Partnering with internal teams on escalated matters, risk identification and compliance requirements.Supporting change related processes, including restructures and workforce adjustments.Ensuring accurate case management, reporting and documentation to support sound decision making.Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending enhancements to HR practices.Managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity while maintaining a calm and professional approach.About You:You are an experienced HR Advisor who brings maturity, discretion and confidence in handling complex and sensitive issues. You thrive in environments that require strong judgment, consistent application of policy, and a solutions focused mindset.
