But most importantly we genuinely enjoy what we do, because the preservation of our personal health and wellbeing is extremely important to us.The Role:We are currently on the look-out for a passionate and experienced contract Healthcare Recruiter who is well established in providing contract recruitment solutions, ideally within the Healthcare, Medical, Nursing, Aged Care or Doctors realm across Mental Health, Rural & Remote, Hospitals, Aged Care and Locums.You will leverage off Verus People''s established "preferred supplier" status across most states and territories, your team counterparts, plus a database of candidates to get going quickly.In addition, you will also be seeking out new public and private client opportunities, Australia wide.You will be joining and working alongside our knowledgeable and experienced recruitment professionals, keen to work with you. But your career pathway does not stop there - Verus has a structured pathway all the way to Director and offer the support, training and coaching to get you thereResponsibilities:Manage the end-to-end contract recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses for our client''s contract staffing requirementsEstablish a proactive, professional and long-lasting relationships with all existing and new candidates and clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficientlyDevelop candidate acquisition strategies to maximise attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates through direct sourcing channels, advertising, headhunting, candidate referrals and networking opportunitiesResearch and fully immerse yourself into your healthcare niche be it Hospitals, Rural & Remote, Mental Health or Aged Care.
