THE ROLEDirector of People and Culture (3 days flexible)Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives and provide strategic advice to attract, retain, and develop a workforce and organisational culture aligned with the College''s mission and values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of People and Culture serves as a trusted advisor to the Principal and other Executive leaders. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of people and culture at Charlton Christian College.
