We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our refreshed organisation focused on growing, adapting and improving.Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our people in the delivery of best practice Human Resources services including employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee wellbeing, and employee engagement.This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your work will help shape a positive, high-performing workplace across Council.This is more than just a temp role its a chance to be part of a welcoming, supportive, and values-driven team where collaboration and respect are more than just words.About youWe are looking for someone who has prior end to end recruitment experience, a strong knowledge of HR legislation and the ability to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to achieve business outcomes. You will have a positive can-do attitude and:Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline or equivalent practical experienceExtensive relevant experience in a human resources generalist functionExperience in employee relations/industrial relationsDemonstrated skills in end-to-end recruitment and selectionDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceDrivers licence.Desirable Criteria: Experience in Local Government.
