With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities and are currently seeking a Care Manager at one of their facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver highquality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and residentfocused process.Oversee care planning for 60 residents.Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve personcentred outcomes.Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results.What We''re Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years'' experience.Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.Proficiency in computer systems.Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and ANACC processes.Availability to work fulltime hours (76 hours per fortnight).A valid police check clearance.Full Australian Working rights No sponsorship available.What''s on OfferCompetitive salary $130k $140k + SuperFREE Private Healthcare for you & family$10,000 Relocation Assistance$16,000 Retention Bonus payable after 18 months serviceMonday to Friday ''office hours''Supportive management and a collaborative team culture with additional CM and Education and Quality manager both based at the facilityAn immediate start in a rewarding role.Opportunities for further learning and developmentemail me on [email protected] for more information! #J-18808-Ljbffr
