If so, we want you to join our team of support workers in SIL home setting & Community.Position:Support Workerin Sydney & Wollongong Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their daily activities Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with mobility and physical exercises Help with household tasks and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report on clients'' health and well-being Requirements: Speak fluent English - Essential Experience in Mental Health & Complex Behaviour - Highly regarded Experience with working with immobile participants - Highly regarded Experienced in Medication Administration Competent in reading / following care plans, writing and documenting accurate detailed shift notes & incident reports.
