In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants'' NDIS goals. You''ll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work.
