This expansion enables us to deploy robust solutions across Australia''s most demanding operational environments.Discover more through BAI360, our virtual tour platform.LET''S EXPLORE THE ROLEAs Head of Government Relations, you will lead BAI Communications'' government engagement strategy, acting as the primary interface between BAI and government stakeholders across Australia.This is a senior, highly influential role where you will shape advocacy, manage regulatory risk, and ensure BAI is positioned as a trusted partner to government. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic counsel on political developments and ensure our interests are effectively represented in a complex and evolving policy landscape.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a national government relations strategy aligned to BAI''s business prioritiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with ministers, advisors, public servants and regulatorsMonitor and analyse legislative, regulatory and policy developments impacting BAILead advocacy initiatives, submissions, briefing papers and position statementsRepresent BAI in engagements with government, regulators, industry bodies and peak associationsPartner crossfunctionally with Legal, Operations, Communications and Business Development teamsProvide timely political intelligence and strategic advice to senior leadership and the BoardManage government relations budgets, events and engagement programsEnsure compliance with lobbying registers, reporting obligations and ethical standardsBuild organisational capability through government relations training and guidanceLET''S HEAR ABOUT YOUYou are a seasoned government relations professional with a strong understanding of Australia''s political and regulatory environment.
