Project Manager - Construction Hospitality ProjectsThis Australian-owned Project Management consultancy with a diverse project pipeline across NSW is looking for a Project Manager to support their Sydney team across projects. They are responsible for new build developments and refurbishment projects with values of $2 million - $30 million.Their clients include education institutions, private development groups, retail, and hospitality operators.Working in their Sydney office, you will work with a Project Director initially managing the delivery of Hotel/Hospitality refurbishment/upgrade projects.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholdersAssist in design coordinationDevelopment of tender documentation, contracts, cost reports, risk documents, tender assessmentContracts administration - variations, progress claimsAttend weekly project meetings on-site with contractors/clients and prepare meeting notesWork with the Project Director in the daily management of stakeholdersTo be successful in this role:You will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another Property related disciplineYou will have 5-7 years of experience in a Project Manager/Project Engineer/Contracts Administrator role.Experience with a property group, client-side consultancy, or Head Contractor is preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalThis consultancy has seen good growth in the last 5 years with mentorship provided by two Senior Directors.For more information on this immediately available role, please submit your resume through the link below or email daniel@allegrarecruitment.com.au.For more information and a confidential discussion, call Daniel Owen on 0416 599466.All applications will be managed in the strictest confidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
