Performance Strategy Consulting at Partners in Performance As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will work in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organisations overcome their biggest challenges. You will help influence decisions at the highest levels as well as improve performance at the frontline. Role Overview As a Principal Director you will be responsible for developing relationships with senior client staff, heading up major projects, ensuring lasting impact in business improvement, and driving business development. You will nurture and optimise existing client relationships while pursuing new acquisitions. Your experience will include a proven strategy consulting toolkit, including the ability to deliver largescale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements. You will be proactive, driven, and take a team approach when interacting with stakeholders to ensure recommendations are sustained. Finally, you will have proven experience in a leadership role and prior experience working in a similar role with a global management consulting firm. Ideally, you will have worked with a variety of clients in both delivery and business development. What we are looking for Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence Clevel and operational management Exceptional logical reasoning and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise to ensure rapid gains are achieved and sustained Proven recent bluechip, generalist consulting background in a T1 consulting house Experience delivering resultsbased engagements with proven, lasting impact A genuine passion for sustainable results Candidates will be assessed for the role they applied for.
