The National Art School (NAS) is accredited through TEQSA and offers Bachelor of Fine Art, Masters and Doctorate courses in Photomedia, Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, and Printmaking; and core subjects in Drawing and Art History and Theory. The Position The Student Services Manager manages the Student Services Team, the administration of the student lifecycle from application to Graduation and the provision of student enrolment and fee support advice. What You Bring To The Role You will have proven team management experience in student administration in a higher education environment, with a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment including HESA, TEQSA Standards, ESOS Act and the National Code. You will be numerate, confident using Excel, and can produce accurate reports on enrolments, retention, and assessment. You will also be able to use your own initiative, make decisions and prioritise the Student Services team members workload within a high-volume environment.
