Senior Solutions Consultant

We''re looking for a Solution Lead to work to drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and business solution projects, helping customers achieve clear outcomes across core finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and reporting. Must have a minimum of 4 years of NetSuite experience.This is a senior delivery role for someone who can lead solution design, run strong customer workshops and guide a project team through execution. You''ll be the go-to person for shaping the solution, keeping stakeholders aligned and making sure what gets delivered is practical, scalable and easy to run long term.You''ll lead solution design and functional delivery, working alongside project managers and technical consultants depending on the engagement. Success looks like clear solution decisions, strong stakeholder alignment and delivery that stays on track.ResponsibilitiesCustomer discovery and solution design - learn how the customer operates and translate goals into an end-to-end solution that fits their businessWorkshop leadership - run solution design sessions, ask the right questions and turn requirements into clear decisionsSolution documentation - create and maintain solution design artefacts that customers can understand and project teams can deliver againstFunctional delivery leadership - act as the lead functional consultant across implementation projects, partnering with project managers to keep delivery on trackCross-team coordination - work closely with technical consultants and third parties to shape, validate and deliver complete solutionsProcess improvement and leading practice - recommend smarter ways of working where it adds value and aligns to the customer''s directionTesting and go-live planning - support solution validation and launch readiness to set customers up for a smooth transitionScoping, risk and delivery management - contribute to estimates and statements of work, identify risks early and help drive mitigation through to resolutionTeam leadership and pre-sales support - mentor other consultants and support sales conversations when needed, bringing delivery experience into solution discussionsWhat you''ll bringThis position is a senior role for someone who can lead customer delivery, make confident solution calls and keep projects moving when priorities shift.6-8 years'' NetSuite consulting experience, including leading end-to-end implementationsStrong experience designing integrated solutions across systems and teamsA solid grounding in finance fundamentals and core business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report)Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders and becoming the trusted "go-to" during deliveryStrong problem-solving instincts and ability to break down complex problems into practical next stepsAbility to balance leading practice with what will work for the customer''s operating modelA practical delivery mindset with experience protecting scope, managing risks early and keeping quality highExperience leading multiple concurrent implementations across different organisationsStrong NetSuite platform knowledge across configuration, roles, permissions, reporting and core modulesBachelor''s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline (preferred)Experience with supply chain, logistics or manufacturing (highly regarded)If you enjoy leading complex delivery, building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions that are practical, scalable and well executed, we''d love to hear from you.About AnnexaAnnexa helps mid-market and enterprise organisations modernise finance, operations and systems.
