Resident Services Coordinator Where service, care, and resident experience come togetherBe the heart of connection and care, helping residents enjoy life to the fullest through personalised services and meaningful support.This is a permanent parttime (6 hrs a day) role based in Goodhew Gardens And Bay Breeze, Taren Point.Your opportunityAt Anglicare, every moment matters and as a Resident Services Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in making those moments meaningful. You''ll be the first point of contact for residents, their families, representatives, and supporters, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard, and supported every step of the way.This role oversees and coordinates Higher Everyday Living services (Everyday Plus at Anglicare) within our Residential Care Homes. From guiding residents through service selection to managing agreements, bookings, service delivery, invoicing, and reporting, you''ll ensure a seamless, highquality experience that reflects each resident''s individual preferences and needs.Blending compassion with strong organisational skills, you''ll act as the subject matter expert for Everyday Plus services and systems, support staff and residents with confidence, and help resolve enquiries or escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy.
