Project/Position IntroductionOverviewAs a trainer for MAX Solutions RTO, you will play a key part in providing additional support to the team in the successful delivery of the AMEP or SEE program.Deliver training when requiredBe part of making a difference in your own communityThe opportunityUse your experience to engage students, use effective learning techniques and maintain a student centred approachIdentify barriers to learning to support student attendanceBring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomesConduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirementsAbout youBe adriven,supportiveand community minded person,workingwith disadvantaged learnersand non-Englishspeakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learningHavethe capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given timeStrong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areaQualifications:Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL orAn undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification in TESOLKnowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferredDiversity and InclusionWe are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.At MAX, we value diversity in the backgrounds, ideas, work styles and perspectives of our team.
