Examination Presiding Officer (Diploma Programme)

We are seeking a casual Examination Presiding Officer for our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Play a key role in the administration of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for our students.About The RoleThe Presiding Officer is responsible for ensuring that all International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme examinations are conducted in strict accordance with IBO''s and the School''s policies and procedures. This role works closely with the HSC Presiding Officer to coordinate a large team of invigilators, preparing rosters, briefing staff, and supervising the conduct of examinations. The successful candidate must be available every day for both the August Diploma Programme Trial Examinations and the official Diploma Programme Examinations from midOctober to November.
