In this role, you''ll coordinate project activities, manage timelines and deadlines, and contribute to tender submissions that support our wider commercial work.You''ll work closely with sales team members, suppliers, trade partners, internal teams, and commercial customers across all industries, keeping everyone aligned and ensuring key actions are followed up. With plenty of variety and touchpoints across the business, you''ll play an important part in keeping projects moving and maintaining quality outcomes. **What''s involved*** Coordinate project activities, schedules and timelines* Support commercial tender submissions* Liaise with suppliers, trade partners and internal stakeholders* Track project progress, follow up actions and identify risks or delays* Maintain accurate documentation, reports and administrative records* Contribute to process improvements and help uplift project systems* Use multiple systems confidently and adapt to new technology **Who we''re looking for**This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining a structured approach.
