From initial kickoff to successful delivery, the Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Projects: Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple digital projects from commencement to final handover.Documentation & Benchmarks: Prepare and manage all initial project documents, timelines, and performance benchmarks.Team Leadership: Supervise the Operations Manager and their supporting team, including web designers, graphic designers, content writers, and more.Quality Oversight: Maintain consistent communication with the Operations Manager to obtain quality assurance reports and ensure high standards across deliverables.Motivation & Morale: Motivate and support the project team to maintain enthusiasm, accountability, and productivity.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.Scope & Budget Control: Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks.Process Improvement: Recommend and contribute to upgrades of internal SOPs and documentation in collaboration with the HR department.Client Success: Ensure each project is delivered successfully, aligning with client expectations and business goals.Understand and interpret project requirements and deliverables.Use project management tools such as Monday.com to plan, assign, and monitor tasks.Distribute and manage tasks across team members including:Web DesignersGraphic DesignersContent WritersSocial Media ManagersIT Support & Hosting ManagersEnsure all projects are progressing as per timeline and quality expectations.Report directly to the Project Manager with regular updates on progress and bottlenecks.Conduct internal quality analysis and revisions before final delivery to clients.Maintain direct communication with clients to share updates, clarify requirements, and handle feedback.Stay handson and knowledgeable with all departments to provide informed reviews and feedback.Provide constructive feedback to the team to foster growth and consistent improvement.Stay updated with the latest market trends and technological developments in the digital space.Collaborate with the HR team to suggest SOP upgrades or policy changes based on operational insights.Support client negotiations with strong communication, confidence, and professionalism.RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency or creative/IT environmentStrong understanding of web design, SEO, digital marketing, and graphic design processesExceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problemsolving abilitiesExperience working with crossfunctional teams and remote teams is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environmentProven experience in operations or project management within the digital or creative industry.Handson knowledge of web design, graphic design, SEO, content writing, and digital marketing.Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools.Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.Excellent client management and negotiation abilities.Attention to detail and a qualityfirst mindset.Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects in a fastpaced environment.Uptodate with market trends and industry best practices.Why Join 27 Logics?Work with a passionate and creative teamFlexible work environmentOpportunity to lead impactful digital projects for small businesses across AustraliaRoom for career growth and professional developmentHiring insightsHiring 1 candidate for this roleTo apply for this jobNote: We are exclusively seeking candidates living in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
