Overview Head of CSP Remuneration Lead the delivery of CSP remuneration operations to achieve scheme sustainability and affordability. Location: Sydney CBD. Permanent. Hybrid working environment. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for governance and delivery of Claims Service Provider (CSP) remuneration frameworks. Oversee calculation, approval and payment of CSP remuneration in line with contractual arrangements. Ensure payment integrity and alignment of remuneration models and performance outcomes. Lead financial oversight, forecasting and reporting of CSP remuneration, providing insights to executives. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal to negotiate and refine CSP contracts and performance frameworks. Drive continuous evolution of performance measures, benchmarks, and targets. Design and enhance performance monitoring tools, data visualisations, and reporting mechanisms. Provide expert advice to inform strategic initiatives and business cases. Build and lead a high-performing team fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Represent the business in senior forums and committees, influencing decision-making. Ensure effective management of CSP remuneration related risks and compliance. Champion cross-functional collaboration for consistent provider performance management and remuneration. Qualifications Business or related qualifications combined with developed contract management skills. Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, particularly in complex service provider or the insurance industry. Extensive knowledge of the workers compensation insurance industry. Experience in development of performance management tools and models in the insurance or related industries. Development and implementation of strategic programs and initiatives driving accountability, quality and efficiency. Desirable experience in leading teams responsible for financial reporting and analysis. We want to support you with the next step in your career.
