Your Impact As Head of Organisational Capability, you will lead the strategic and operational development of our organisational capability and learning function and: Lead organisation design, workforce structure and related change initiatives Build and embed capability frameworks needed to achieve long-term goals and the changing needs of Aged Care Champion a culture of engagement, learning, coaching, and continuous improvement Partner with senior leaders to manage change while fostering high-performing, values-driven engaged teams Ensure our people practices reflect Fresh Hopes mission and values, supporting every team member to reach their potential What Youll Bring As a strategic leader with a passion for building capability and culture, you will bring: Leadership experience in organisational development, learning & development, capability development or equivalent roles Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Psychology, or Human Resources Proven experience facilitating and managing capability development programs with exceptional learning outcomes Experience partnering with and coaching executive and senior managers Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills Ability to work within and champion a strong organisational values Whats in it for You?
