Responsibilities Provide a range of project coordination and support services, including managing schedules, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology. Support the team in managing the program scheduling and running the governance meetings. Preparing complex correspondence, briefing notes and reports in relation to specific projects, initiatives and issues ensuring that submissions are accurate, timely and have appropriate signoffs. Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans. About You Possess project coordination skills and experience ideally in a complex technical delivery environment. Experience in building project plans, presentations, financial trackers and reports using a range of tools including Power BI, PowerPoint & Excel. Experience facilitating meetings and assisting with program scheduling. Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise competing demands, achieve business goals within tight deadlines, perform and always work with a customer focused approach. Possess a growth mindset and are committed to continuous learning and personal development. Analytical and have a proven capacity to develop creative and innovative solutions in order to improve productivity and effectiveness for stakeholders.
