A commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, has propelled the company to the forefront of the green energy revolution.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project management for Utility-scale BESS projects (R0,R1,R2)Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee implementation to ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, to effectively execute project tasks and deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.Manage internal stakeholders (Including project team, delivery team, function team, etc.) and external stakeholders (including clients, NSP, consulting, EPC, Authorities etc.)Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance project management processes and optimize project outcomes.RequirementsCandidates MUST have full working rights in AustraliaAbility to travel interstate4+ years of experience managing Utility-Scale renewable energy projects.Ideally proven track record of delivering Utility-Scale BESS projects from initiation to commissioning.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.Looking for a change of environment or a step-up in your career?
