As a leader of one of our teams, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities of high performing M365 professionals, providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of our team, and performing scheduling, estimating and resource planning to meet the needs of our customers. You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!** Please note that due to customer requirements, this role requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility to undertake a Federal Government Security Clearance **What You''ll DoAs Team Leader you will be focused on:Estimating, scheduling and ensuring that all resource planning requirements are sufficient to provide the required levels of availability and supportManaging performance and culture of a high-performance teamManaging team workload and priorities to achieve SLAsManaging customer expectations by overseeing the support modelEnsure all escalations are addressed with effective communication back to the relevant stakeholder and associated partiesDevelop effective working relationships with other Datacom employees to ensure the best company outcomeGenerate, share relevant knowledge, experience and ideas with team members with the aim of building team competenceDetermining how to use resources to meet service level agreements and support objectivesRemedying complex problems and provide technical consultation in line with the established support modelPlanning systems capabilities and resources to fulfil user requirementsMentoring other engineers in the team to uplift skillsWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders'' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.What You''ll BringRequired experience:Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in Microsoft 365 technologiesProven leadership experience in a Microsoft 365-focused role, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teamsDeep technical knowledge across one or more Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Teams Voice and Entra IDDemonstrated ability to manage and deliver enterprise-level M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and best practicesStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and driving continuous service improvementNice to have:Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Purview for enhanced compliance and automation capabilitiesExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203, MS-102)Why join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand''s largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
