Together, we offer innovative investment solutions tailored to financial advisers and their clients.About the RoleImplemented Portfolios is undergoing significant growth and change, creating new opportunities to enhance how we operate and deliver for clients. This role sits within our newly established Transformation team and is focused on managing key projects that support the delivery of new products, services, and operational improvements.Youll work across the full project lifecycle - from initiation through to implementation- collaborating with cross-functional teams across Evidentia and our sub-brands. Your ability to balance structure with flexibility, and to drive clarity and momentum across initiatives, will be critical to success.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgetsManage scope, risks, issues, and resource planningFacilitate project forums such as working groups, steering committees, and stand-upsProvide clear and consistent project reporting and stakeholder updatesBusiness Analysis & DocumentationGather and document business and functional requirementsMap user and customer journeys to inform design and deliveryCreate training materials and documentation to support transition and adoptionInternal CollaborationPartner closely with the Implemented Portfolios product and operations teamsCollaborate with Evidentia Group stakeholders on technology and strategy-led initiativesAbout YouMinimum 5 years experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in the financial services sectorBachelor''s degree in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Economics or a related fieldExperience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, project planning tools and diagramming softwareExcellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skillsHighly organised and able to manage multiple priorities autonomouslyConfident facilitator and problem-solver, with a practical approach to deliveryWhat we offerOngoing flexible working arrangementsFamily friendly work-life balanceGenuinely open and supportive culture with an approachable executive teamOngoing training and professional developmentSocial eventsEvidentia is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
