The ideal candidates will have:* A relevant tertiary qualification in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or soil science.* A strong track record in contaminated site investigations and remediation, with experience in a consulting environment.* Technical expertise in preliminary and detailed site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.* A commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices, particularly in high-risk field settings.* Excellent project management skills, including proposal writing, budgeting, and client engagement.* Strong report writing abilities, with engagement in the Certified Environmental Practitioner Scheme or relevant professional industry bodies being highly regarded.* The ability and willingness to travel to client / project sites as required.* A valid Australian drivers licence and full Australian work rights.At ERM, we understand that great work comes from happy, supported employees.
