We are a fast-paced, high-growth business driven by excellence, innovation, and a deep understanding of the property market.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Social Media and Graphic Designer to own and drive the production and execution of this elite brand via social channels (IG, YT, FB and LI). At the heart of this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing branded marketing materials (digital, video and print) ensuring brand consistency, at every touchpoint. You''ll manage the day-to-day execution of organic social mediadesigning social media assets and scheduling posts.Working closely with the Business Manager, you''ll help bring campaigns to life. From developing and maintaining templates to capturing video and imagery, this role offers a diverse and creative opportunity to grow within a high-performing marketing team.What you can bring to this role:5 years'' experience in graphic design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).Strong understanding of brand guidelines, design principles, and digital and social media platforms.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Attention to detail.
