Interior Design Estimator / Project Coordinator

Based in our beautiful Surry Hills studio, this role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, design/construction, or landscaping, who enjoys both numbers and design.Youll play a key role in pricing, project scoping, contract administration, and liaising with clients, builders, and suppliers. Full training and handover of current projects will be provided, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.What You''ll Be DoingInterpreting plans, specs, and tender documents to define project scopePreparing accurate, competitive quotes for film and wall covering installationsLiaising with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and confirm detailsNegotiating contract terms and variations within company guidelinesManaging and administering contracts from start to finishGenerating invoices and progress claimsCollaborating closely with our team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and buildersWhat You BringDegree or Graduate Diploma in Architecture, Construction, Landscaping, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, and design softwareSharp attention to detail and accuracy with quoting and calculationsGreat written and verbal communicationStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsA solid understanding of interiors and the built environmentA friendly, casual work environment with a supportive and experienced teamOpportunities to develop your skills and step into a more senior role over timeMonthly team lunches at some of Sydneys best restaurants (when targets are met!)Work in a light-filled studio in Surry HillsJob Type: 5 days per weekSalary: From $75,000 p.a.
