Based in our Sydney CBD office, this role provides the opportunity to work with and support a variety of practice groups in person across our Sydney offices and remotely to our national offices as required with key duties including:Daily reception coverDiary managementPreparing legal documentsBilling and client reportingOpening and closing filesSkills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will be an experienced legal secretary with exposure to a variety of different areas of law. In addition to this, you will ideally have:A minimum 2 years'' legal secretary experiencePrevious experience in a float position (preferred but not essential)Previous experience supporting fee earners at all levelsExperience using iManage and Aderant (preferred but not essential)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasksAbility to work independently and part of a teamAbility to draft correspondence and documents; andWhat We OfferIn return, McCabes will provide you with the opportunity to work with a talented team in a flexible, inclusive, and innovative environment.
