Partner directly with a high performing Executive General ManagerFast-paced, high-impact role within a leading real assets businessOwn operations, influence outcomes, and drive team effectiveness12 month contract set to commence early May 2026The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to step into a true business partner role, supporting a senior executive within a dynamic and high-performing Industrial team on a 12 month contract. You''ll be at the centre of operations, ensuring seamless coordination across a geographically dispersed leadership group while contributing to the broader success of the business unit. This role suits a proactive, forward-thinking Executive Assistant who thrives on ownership, enjoys working at pace, and takes pride in elevating how teams operate.The ResponsibilityYou will provide end-to-end executive support, acting as a trusted right hand to the Executive General Manager and enabling them to operate at their highest level.Key responsibilities include:Managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel and expenses with precisionCoordinating board and leadership meetings, including agendas, papers and minutesDriving workflow processes to ensure deadlines and priorities are metPreparing high-quality presentations, reports and correspondenceActing as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholdersSupporting team operations, events and engagement initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and team efficiencyThe ExpertiseYou are an experienced Executive Assistant who brings structure, foresight and professionalism to everything you do.
