Key responsibilities include:Support PlacementAssist with renewal planning and create marketing materials for the broking teamDraft and manage contractual documentation within deadlinesEnsure high-quality, timely action throughout the placement processPrepare and manage Gallagher Excellence Model (GEM) templates and processesClient GovernanceApply Gallagher Re policies and liaise with compliance teams as neededMonitor sanctions and review market security information for carriersDraft and manage contract documentation, including slips and endorsementsAdministration and ServicingAccurately capture reinsurance contracts for claims, invoicing and reportingResolve queries from clients, insurers and internal teamsCollaborate with brokers to understand client needs and provide exceptional serviceManage contract changes and assist with special client requestsAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
