Office Coordinator Join the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner, a division within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $99,938-$110,271 + super & leave loading Temporary role until 30 June 2027, based in Sydney CBD About the role The role of Office Coordinator provides executive and administrative support to facilitate effective business operations and assist Senior Executive/s in achieving organisational objectives for the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner. Some key accountabilities of the role include Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including email and diary management, coordinating meetings, managing travel requests and processing expense claims to support project management delivery. Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements. Provide diverse administrative support services for the Office, including records management, invoice processing, budget tracking, managing correspondence, logistics for stakeholder engagement and practical operational support to contribute to the achievement of operational objectives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience.
