You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our team members and guests.A few of your responsibilities:Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon checkin and during our guests stayManage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programsEnsure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when requiredAssist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development of the teamWhat we are looking for:Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilitiesKeen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceAbility to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with a customercentric approachKnowledge of Opera property management systemFlexibility availability including evenings and weekendsAbout you:As a seasoned leader, you understand the essence of delivering worldclass service.
