At Aston Chace, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (2-5+ years'' experience) in supporting our team''s success in terms of office operations and reception/stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, take on initiatives and be able to communicate clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. The scope of this role offers flexibility for the successful candidate to shape this opportunity around their ideas and operational vision for the firm.ResponsibilitiesLead reception and staff (inbound/outbound) communications, keeping the office tidy, managing mail and administrative banking tasks.Provide daytoday administrative support to the Principals.Assist with IT systems and access management.Coordinate onboarding/offboarding.Assist with the monitoring and preparation of statutory lodgements to be made with ASIC & ATO.Support general office administration and adhoc assistance to professional staff as needed.Manage and prioritise the Principals'' calendars, appointments and movements.What you''ll need to succeedProficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.Wellorganised, detailoriented, ability to multitask with great communication skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.Why join Aston Chace?This is a varied role with exposure to executive and administration support and assisting with compliance.
