Dentist Early 2026 Start | Comprehensive & Cosmetic Dentistry Associate Dentist Early 2026 Start Second intake join the next wave of our expansion Weve secured our first associate to start in early 2026 and, due to continued growth, increased chair availability and the launch of our new Pagewood clinic, were now recruiting for our second intake. As our principals shift part of their clinical time to establish the second practice, additional opportunity opens at our established Mascot clinic. The right clinician will step into a well-resourced environment with consistent patient flow, digital systems, and room to grow. Were flexible with start timing within early 2026 (Q1-Q2). Clinical Focus Our patients are accustomed to comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care across restorative, orthodontic, fixed prosthodontics, cosmetic and implant dentistry. This role suits a clinician who enjoys broad general dentistry and values working within a comprehensive, team-based model. Youll begin by delivering excellent general care and building trust; as patients progress, youll naturally move into more elective and cosmetic treatment. What You Need To thrive in this role, you should be: Clinically confident in general restorative dentistry and crowns Proficient in molar endodontics to retain and grow your patient base Experienced in, or eager to upskill in, clear aligner therapy as a Diamond Invisalign provider youll benefit from competitive aligner pricing, strong demand and experienced support Interested in composite bonding or veneers, with strong patient interest and scope to build these skills Youll also gain exposure to oral surgery and implant procedures through visiting clinicians, with opportunities to observe, assist and learn directly. About You Motivated to grow clinically and professionally Confident in foundational dentistry and open to refining efficiency Comfortable discussing treatment options and fees Calm, patient-focused and emotionally intelligent, especially with anxious patients Receptive to feedback and committed to excellence rather than shortcuts Looking for a longterm role where you can grow both your patient base and skill set Schedule & Timing This position is offered on a four-day weekday schedule plus Saturdays. You will be primarily based at our Mascot practice, where an established patient base provides strong momentum for growth.
