Mentored by the People and Culture Manager, you will provide high level administrative and HR advisor support through the entire employee lifecycle across this growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations - Manage changes, draft variation letters, communicate with all parties including payrollPrepare contract variations; extensions, parental leave arrangements, cashing out of annual leave etcPrepare payroll administration sheetCoordinate onboarding, induction and offboardingSupport the annual performance and salary review processesBe involved in L&D, employee benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives, etcRecruitment & Selection - Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with all aspects of the recruitment process, Prepare employment contracts and new employee packsData management, metrics and reporting - Ensure data and information is accurately entered and maintainedCompile monthly, quarterly and annual reportsQualifications and Experience - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.At least 2-3 years in a similar role with a large company.The Successful Candidate will beCollaborative and curious, with advanced computer skills, experience with HRI Systems, keen for a challenging role with great mentors and really enjoy people.If you are keen to join a strong team in a growing business where you will use your existing skills and learn so much more, please apply using the links on this site.
