We take pride in our past accomplishments and are thrilled by the possibilities of the future.The OpportunityWe''re seeking a detail-driven and commercially minded Finance Inventory Controller to join our Finance team. This role is central to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of inventory reporting across King Living''s global entities.Working closely with the Finance Manager, Senior Sales & Inventory Analyst, and cross-functional teams across Retail, Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you''ll support robust inventory controls, accurate valuation, and insightful reporting to drive confident business decision-making.The RoleMaintain and control inventory-related financial processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Perform monthly payables reconciliations and analyse billing variances for overseas production plants.Support global stocktake processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis.Complete month-end close activities for inventory-related accounts, including COGS, duty, and balance sheet reconciliations.Process manual stock adjustments in SAP, including write-offs, revaluations, and obsolete inventory provisions.Prepare inventory analysis reports including stock valuation by warehouse, ageing, and obsolescence.Assist with global inventory audits and support audit requirements.Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for inventory-related financials.Support SAP testing and inventory-related system enhancements.Assist with new market expansions, including setup of inventory and costing data.Document and provide training on cost accounting and inventory principles as required.Drive continuous process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and team efficiency.Support ad-hoc finance projects as directed.About YouBachelor''s degree in Accounting or a related discipline (professional qualification or near-qualified preferred).Experience in a manufacturing or supply-chain environment with strong inventory accounting knowledge.Solid understanding of COGS, landed costs, freight, and finished goods accounting.Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office capability.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Confident communicator able to collaborate across finance, operations, and external stakeholders.Naturally curious, analytical, and solutions-focused.Experience with Power BI or TM1 reporting tools is advantageous.Why You will Love Working with UsDaily Perks: freshly brewed coffee from our onsite barista fuel your day with a perfect cup.Convenience: benefit from complimentary onsite parking, including EV charging facilities at our Design and Support Centre.Generous Discounts: handsome employee and family & friends discounts on our premium products.Family First: paid parental leave to support you through all stages of life.Career Growth: be part of a fast-growing, innovative company that values your professional development.Collaborative Culture: join a supportive, values-driven team that celebrates passion, integrity, collaboration and innovation.Fun, Engaging Environment: regular team events and opportunities to connect, learn and grow.Our Values More than Just WordsPassion, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation are the heartbeat of King Living.
