Global Head of Tax

We are exclusively supporting a global organisation in the appointment of a Head of Tax for a newly created, enterprise-wide role. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and plays a key role in shaping tax strategy, governance and transformation initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement a global tax strategy aligned with commercial and operational priorities. Provide strategic tax advice to executive leadership on acquisitions, restructures and international expansion. Drive global tax transformation initiatives, including automation, systems integration and process improvement. Oversee global tax governance, risk frameworks and compliance obligations. Manage relationships with global tax authorities and external advisors. Act as the primary tax advisor to senior stakeholders and regional finance leaders. Lead tax planning and advisory support for material transactions and business initiatives. Skills & Experience Strong technical expertise across corporate tax, indirect taxes and transfer pricing. Commercial mindset with the ability to translate tax complexity into practical business advice. Demonstrated experience operating in complex, multinational environments. 15+ years'' experience in senior tax roles within large corporates or top-tier advisory firms. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related discipline. CA, CPA and/or Master of Tax highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
