A leading audit firm is seeking a Tax Advisory Manager. This role manages one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements, as well as individually contributing to quality work on the engagement. Provides technical knowledge, coaching, and training to junior team members. Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue, and profitability targets. May participate in day-to-day management of the team on engagements, including coaching, providing constructive feedback, and performance development. Increased focus on business development, building networks across the practice, and may start to take on people development activities. Promotes collaboration within the firm through engagements and networks.ResponsibilitiesManage one or more client engagements or components of large-scale projects.Deliver highquality Australian tax advice to a diverse portfolio, including SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws while identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and applying them to client scenarios.Conduct research and analysis to support strategic tax planning.Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements, including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development.Qualifications:Bachelors/Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and CA/CTA, or equivalent certification4+ years of experience in Australian tax compliance or advisory within a professional services environmentDemonstrated strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standardsProven ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly in both written and verbal formsStrong client service focus with experience managing multiple stakeholdersWork Setup: HybridSchedule: Day Shift (AU Account)By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
