Initially as an Assistant Accountant, but in time your role will develop to more Finance Manager related responsibilities.Based in Waterloo, paying up to 95k + Super and with flexible working options.With local leadership in Sydney and offshore teams across Asia, this is a brilliant opportunity to take control of end-to-end finance while building cross-border collaboration skills in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.Why apply?Great progression opportunities, with the chance to grow into a Finance Manager position in time.Flexible work options after onboarding periodFriday team lunches and a collaborative, flat-structured environmentExposure to a diverse team across Sydney and South AsiaChance to learn from experienced leaders and take on a broader role over timeWaterloo-based office close to public transport optionsWhat youll be doing:Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, including daily reconciliationsManage broker commissions, collections and cash reportingMonth-end support and financial reporting.Liaise across operations, documentation and IT teamsReconcile CRM and Xero for accurate data and monthly reportingCommunicate directly with freight partners and brokers on receivablesSupport the finance team in Sydney and India to maintain clean ledgersMonitor and assign tasks from the shared accounts inboxWhat youll bring:Strong understanding of general ledger, balance sheet and P&LWorking knowledge of Xero (or MYOB, with a willingness to learn Xero)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, curious mindset.
