Location: North Americabased, with coordination across ANZReports To: Fractional CMO (Corey Ganzman)Engagement Type: Fractional retainer (1520 hrs/week)Start Timing: ASAPCompensation: Retainer-based ($3,500-4,000/month)About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Fractional Social + Content Lead to own execution across social and content for a niche, enterprise B2B business operating across the U.S. and ANZ.This role supports long, relationship-led sales cycles and active growth motions already in flight, including U.S. account-based engagement, ANZ market entry, and early community and launch-style initiatives. This is not a campaign factory or demand funnel role. The focus is credibility, presence, and momentum in the places that matter.You will work directly with leadership and subject-matter experts to turn intent, insight, and expertise into live, consistent, in-market execution across company and executive channels.This is a senior individual contributor role. You are expected to run your lane end-to-end without hand-holding.ResponsibilitiesSocial & Content ExecutionOwn day-to-day social and content execution across corporate and executive channels.Shape and publish posts that reinforce credibility, insight, and relevance.Coordinate simple written, visual, and short-form video content as needed.Ensure content gets live consistently and reflects current priorities.Event & Initiative AmplificationSupport launches, events, and key moments with pre-, during-, and post-activity content.Extend one-time moments into ongoing conversations and visibility.Align messaging with what leadership and sales are actively discussing in-market.Account & Relationship SupportProvide social and content air cover for priority U.S. accounts.Reinforce relationship-led selling through consistent narrative presence.Operate comfortably in long enterprise sales cycles where trust and signal matter more than volume.Coordination & Feedback LoopsPartner closely with a non-traditional PR firm to leverage higher-altitude content.Coordinate with an internal programs manager to ensure tight workflows and capture.Work directly with engaged executives to support amplification and thought leadership.Collaborate with ANZ-based coordination support to localize execution.Maintain a tight feedback loop between in-market activity and leadership conversations.Qualifications7+ years of experience in B2B social, content, or communications roles.Proven ability to execute hands-on in enterprise or relationship-driven environments.Strong judgment around tone, credibility, and narrative.Comfortable working directly with senior executives and SMEs.Able to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.Bonus:Experience in regulated, compliance-heavy, or conservative industries.Not Required:Ownership of company-wide marketing strategy.Funnel or performance marketing specialization.Industry-specific AML or gaming experience.
