For more than 30 years, the Foundation have partnered with the property and construction industry to accelerate housing solutions for young people through their projects and initiatives. Their impact goes beyond bricks and mortar; they also invest in systemic change to address the root causes of youth homelessness. The vision is simple and powerful: a safe home for every young Australian.This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented content professional to bring that impact to life through powerful storytelling, engaging digital content and purpose-led communications.The RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Content Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand content across all channels.This role is all about purposeful storytelling, showcasing a diverse range of content from the homes we build alongside youth charity partners to collaborations with property and construction companies. You''ll bring our mission, impact, and campaigns to life through compelling written, visual, and video content across digital channels. Working closely with our digital and campaign leads, you''ll help inspire action, build awareness, and support fundraising efforts that create lasting change.If you love creating content that means something and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of the very small, but very dedicated team at the Property Industry Foundation responsible for:Create compelling content for social media, website, EDMs, fundraising campaigns, and eventsTell authentic, respectful stories that showcase our impact and communityProduce and edit visual and video content (graphics, reels, short-form video, photography)Support digital fundraising campaigns and events with timely, on-brand contentApply brand voice and visual identity consistently across all channelsWork closely with the Marketing & Communications team, event managers, and stakeholdersManage multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Requirements & Experience35 years'' experience in content creation, content marketing, or communicationsFundraising copy writing experienceStrong writing and editing skills across digital platformsExperience creating social-first content, including short-form videoConfidence using Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practiceGreat collaboration and communication skillsA genuine interest in purpose-led work and social impactNice to have:Photography or videography experienceExperience in not-for-profit, fundraising, or purpose-driven organisationsBasic understanding of SEO, analytics, or email marketingWhy join Property Industry Foundation?Create content that genuinely makes a differenceWork with a passionate, supportive, and collaborative teamBe part of meaningful campaigns with real-world impactFlexible working arrangementsOpportunities to grow your skills and career in the not-for-profit sectorThe successful candidate will find themselves working with a very close and dedicated team.
