We provide world-class enterprise risk management, compliance, training, and advisory services to customers across various industry sectors through our offices across APAC, USA & Europe.The opportunityAs we scale globally, were looking for a Head of Content, Creative & Brand to lead the development and execution of our brand narrative and content strategy across campaigns, the website, and digital channels. In this key role, you will help shape Protechts global image, by providing strategic and creative initiatives that tell a story. Your B2B SaaS experience will enable you to translate complex value propositions into compelling, customer-centric content that drives engagement and consistency across all touchpoints.What youll doGlobal Content Strategy & DevelopmentDevelop and implement a global content strategy aligned with business and marketing goalsOversee the production of content for demand generation, nurture campaigns, SEO, website, and webinars.Partner with regional field marketing teams to create relevant regional content.Brand Positioning & MessagingOwn and evolve Protechts brand positioning and tone of voiceMaintain brand consistency across all content, campaigns, and touchpointsDevelop brand and campaign toolkits to support internal and external marketing effortsCollaborate with design agencies to bring creative concepts to life.Campaign & Web Content SupportPartner with demand generation and field marketing to develop content that drives pipelineCreate digital assets to support campaigns including ads and landing page contentEnsure web messaging aligns with brand and SEO best practices.Leadership & CollaborationLead a high-performing content and creative function that supports global marketing needsCollaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and regional marketersManage agency relationships to scale content and creative production efficiently.What youll bring8+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or communications in a B2B SaaS environmentExceptional writing and editorial skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex topicsExperience developing brand and messaging frameworks for global companiesStrong understanding of digital content formats, SEO, and marketing automationExcellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skillsAbility to lead agency relationships and in-house teams to deliver high-quality content.Bonus if you have:Familiarity with creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)Experience with HubSpot and content performance analytics toolsKnowledge of accessibility and inclusive language best practicesPrevious experience leading and mentoring a small team.Why Protecht?At Protecht, a positive and super friendly culture awaits you, where learning is valued and supported.
