Are you a strategic thinker who can transform complex ideas into compelling, client-winning proposals and visuals?Were looking for a people-centric professional to join our team, directly shaping our future client engagements.About the RoleThis dynamic role is for a strategic communicator and creative problem-solver who will directly contribute to our agency''s growth. You will be the architect of our most persuasive documents, bridging strategic insights with compelling design to secure new partnerships and strengthen our existing client relationships.You will take business development leads from senior leaders, seek to understand the opportunities, and craft high-quality, sophisticated proposals and strategy documents. This includes developing compelling narratives and designing impactful presentations to bring clients across the line.To strengthen our connection with existing clients, you will also engage in high-quality writing and design work (e.g. using Canva), as needed (approximately 50% of your time).You will also elevate our company''s external presence by owning and refining our standard marketing collateral, such as company and team decks, and improving our website messaging.Additionally, you will manage essential business development activities, including updating opportunities in HubSpot, diligently following up on leads generated by others, and professionally responding to inbound inquiries.We are looking for a "thinker-doer" candidate who values a blend of strategic planning, creativity, and practical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Developing high-impact proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents for new business.Collaborating with senior leadership to translate client needs into clear, persuasive solutions.Strategically reviewing and designing core company marketing collateral and website content.Managing and updating new business opportunities in HubSpot.Following up on leads and responding to inbound marketing inquiries.Executing high-quality content writing and graphic design for existing clients.Experience & Attributes We''re AfterWe seek a professional with a unique blend of strategic acumen, creative communication, and practical execution:A proven "great thinker" with exceptional analytical skills, capable of articulating clear strategies.Ability to break down intricate concepts into simple, well-designed, and impressive documents.Strong persuasive writing and communication skills, with a portfolio of high-quality proposals or presentations.Strong graphic design proficiency (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).Confident and accurate writing ability, with meticulous attention to detail.Digital native, proficient with efficiency and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).Highly organised, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.3+ years of experience in strategic content development, proposal writing, or marketing communications in a professional services or agency environment.About UsWere proudly a character-first, culture-led communications agency doing great work in sustainable environments and communities, as well as skilled crisis and issues managers.At the heart of everything we do is growing and protecting our clients reputations online, in the media and among valued stakeholders.
