ICT Technical Officer

Jigsaw Notions is seeking an experienced ICT Technical Officer to join our team supporting major Defence Programs.This is a hands-on technical and leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, security and operational performance of mission-critical ICT systems operating in highly secure and distributed environments.You will lead a technical support function supporting complex enterprise infrastructure within Defence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a technical support team delivering Level 3 supportAct as escalation point for major and high-priority incidentsManage complex technical issues to ensure operational continuityEnsure compliance with Defence ICT security standardsSupport systems operating in secure and connectivity-constrained environmentsOversee integration and sustainment of enterprise infrastructure platformsDevelop contingency plans and technical workaroundsReview and approve SOPs and technical documentationSupport hardware deployments and capability uplift activitiesEngage with vendors and partner teams to resolve complex issuesParticipate in an on-call rotationEssential RequirementsExperience in a senior support or technical leadership roleStrong incident and service management capabilityExperience working in secure or highly regulated environmentsITIL knowledge (certification desirable)Strong written and verbal communication skillsCurrent NV2 security clearanceFor further details, please reach out via LinkedIn
