ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Technician is responsible for the service, repair, advice, training and support of Robotic Automation customers. Responsibilities include liaising with Sales for potential project and box sales, Project and Engineering for commission and trouble shooting. Servicing Industrial Automation Equipment;interpret technical literature including technical drawings, manuals, electrical schematics and operational manuals;Fault finding on Robotic Automation and competitor equipment;Ensure professional and timely installation and commissioning of new Robotic equipment;Travel within Sydney, New South Wales and if the need arises interstate and internationally;QualificationsA background and/or qualifications in robotics/mechatronics will be an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
