Being the first point of contact for the clients, you will work closely with the clients to deliver total customer satisfaction from design development through to production and handover. You will also be responsible for ensuring the continued improvement and enhancement of the delivery experience to the client whilst maximising efficiency and profitability.What youll be doing as our Project Manager:Acting as primary interface between Onnec Group and the clients in respect of being the first point of contact for design, operational and financial mattersTaking overall responsibility for the projects PNLProducing and issuing accurate monthly internal financial reports to the Operations ManagerTaking responsibility for the production of specific back up financial documents for each projectCompiling and producing monthly client reports for review by the Operations ManagerPlanning and coordinating design and production activities, and material procurement and supply chain liaison in line with project plansPlanning and coordinating resourcing requirements in line with project plans, 3rd party suppliers in line with project plans, and project handover documentation in line with project plansEnsuring adherence by the Design and Production teams to published Contractual and Commercial responsibilitiesProviding regular updates to the internal team through internal meetings and reportsTransferring all Onnec Group and Manufacturers Warranties to the Contracts team upon project completionTaking overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of both Onnec Group and the Clients Health & Safety Policies and Quality Assurance PoliciesTaking overall responsibility for all deliverables conforming to both Onnec Groupand the Clients published Quality Management SystemWhat were looking for in our Project Manager:Extensive experience of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling deploymentsExtensive experience of Project Planning activitiesFlexible in regards to travelling and to be present on-site as and when required/demanded by the project.The ability to produce and deliver client presentations in a clear, concise and confident mannerThe ability to absorb and manage new services and applicationsExperience and temperament to deal with multiple site design and production activitiesProven ability to motivate and develop project team personnelExperience of delivering services against formal sub-contractsIf you feel you have the required skills and experience, click apply now to be considered as our Project Manager wed love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
